This Privacy Policy describes personal information handled in connection with TickFoundry, a digital dataset and research storefront. This is an independently operated dataset and research storefront. For privacy questions, contact contact@tickfoundry.com.
Information and purposes
We handle information you choose to send to customer support, such as your name, email address, order reference, and question, to answer requests, resolve product issues, and arrange agreed digital delivery. Please do not send brokerage credentials, exchange API secrets, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Local research tools and browser storage
Research lists, cart selections, and display preferences are stored in your browser’s local storage. Information entered into a research-brief form is used in your browser to generate the file you request; the form does not submit those details to us. If you later email the file to support, we receive what you send. You can remove stored selections and preferences through your browser settings.
Hosting and security
Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps, browser information, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. These technical services are separate from the research-brief forms. We do not sell personal information or use the storefront to place trades.
Payment providers and external websites
The current selection and research-request tools do not process payments. External supplier or payment links lead to separate websites governed by their own privacy notices; a local cart selection is not an order with those suppliers.
Sharing, retention, and safeguards
Information is shared only as needed with service providers supporting hosting, payment where offered, customer support, and agreed delivery, or where legally required. Service providers may process information in other countries. We keep support and transaction information only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose and applicable recordkeeping obligations, and use reasonable safeguards to restrict access.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, and raise a privacy concern at contact@tickfoundry.com. Available rights depend on the law that applies to you; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations. You may also contact your relevant data-protection authority.
Changes and children
The storefront is intended for adult research and professional use, not children. Updates to this notice will be posted on this page with a revised date. Contact contact@tickfoundry.com if you believe a child has provided personal information.
