Storefront and products
These Terms of Service apply to use of TickFoundry and its digital datasets, research materials, specifications, and request tools. This is an independently operated dataset and research storefront. Product descriptions explain the available or proposed content, formats, and intended research use. A schema or preview is not the underlying dataset.
Prices, currency, and purchase confirmation
Prices are displayed in USD alongside the relevant dataset or package before any payment. One-time and recurring prices are identified on their listings; subscription amounts, where displayed, show the billing interval. Taxes or other legally required charges, if applicable, are shown in the checkout total before payment. Review the product, currency, scope, and final total before purchasing. Adding products to the local cart or downloading a research brief does not create a paid order. No live payment checkout is connected to these tools. A purchase requires separate confirmation of the product, price, scope, license, and delivery terms before any payment.
Digital delivery and scope
Products are digital; no physical shipment is provided. Coverage, included fields, formats, source entitlements, permitted use, and delivery or access arrangements must match the applicable product and agreed order scope. Where a listing requires confirmation, obtain that confirmation before paying. For access, delivery, or product-description issues, contact contact@tickfoundry.com with the product name and order reference.
Dataset license and permitted use
Unless the applicable product license expressly provides otherwise, purchased materials are licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the purchaser’s agreed research, analysis, model training, or evaluation use. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying data or third-party intellectual-property rights. Commercial deployment, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, publication of raw datasets, and sharing download credentials require the necessary express permissions and source rights.
No trade automation
We provide datasets and research materials only. We do not provide automated trading, trading bots, brokerage-account connections, order execution, or signals that automatically place or manage orders. We have no plans to introduce any trade automation features. Any referenced data API or file-download utility concerns access to data only; it does not place or manage trades. Research materials are not personalized investment advice and do not promise trading results.
Product issues, cancellations, and refunds
For non-delivery, duplicate charges, or a product that materially differs from its agreed description, contact contact@tickfoundry.com with your order reference and details so the issue and an appropriate remedy can be assessed. Refunds for a processor-handled transaction are administered through that processor’s procedures. Any applicable cancellation, withdrawal, and consumer-remedy rights remain in force; these terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A locally generated research brief or cart selection has no payment to refund.
Responsible use and research limitations
Use the site and materials lawfully and within the applicable license. Do not infringe source rights, misuse personal data, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent research outputs as guaranteed predictions. Historical observations, labels, and derived features can contain errors and may not represent future market conditions. Nothing here limits responsibility or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Privacy, updates, and support
Our Privacy Policy explains handling of personal information. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date; the terms and product scope applicable to a purchase are those presented or agreed for that purchase.
